got this gravel bike for a very good price, likely because it's low end and not taken care of (you can see the chain). it's only got claris but I want to start low end and get something nice later. any suggestions for tuning up besides clean chain, clean sprockets, relube everything? I also need to adjust the brakes as one of them is loose but otherwise the wheels seem to be true and the bike shifts even with a chain that seems like it was hit with WD40
