They immediately disregard any of the typical rules of time travel surrounding the butterfly effect, where changing events causes disruption to the future, even if you stop something bad from happening.
Furthermore, they always depict Hitler in a comically humilating way, usually being senile, shitting himself, rambling to voices in his head, and overall being very stupid. This often goes so far that if the viewer didn't already know who Hitler was, they would likely wonder why our beloved hero main characters are trying to kill this disabled invalid.

They're so blinded by their hatred of Hitler that they become incapable of writing an actually good story.
