They aren't Unfortunately. Even if you'd try to upscaling it the quality will pretty much ruin the details in which it makes it even worse. On the other hand however, we never heard or seen the company who made this show release the series in clear quality to the public. Hell, not even some model sheets, cel animation and storybords have been released. There's some few cel animation on their webside but I wish we got more.
