Do you guys think stuff like this is good to keep having or should I cut it out. Sodastream bottle where you just make carbonated water and then add the syrup in. The one I always have is this no sugar Pepsi one which has like very little stuff in it (under 85 kilojoules in 9 litre mix of it).
I have like a whole water bottle sized thing of this everyday which is like a litre of water mixed with a tiny bit of syrup.
Been having it for a while but I don't know if I should cut it out now that I am trying to take my fat loss seriously.
