Anon, not only is it a well known pitch trailer that's been online since 1998(before a lot of posters were born), someone was able to find the entire pilot at the Library of congress and posted it online a few years ago. There's even a cycle from the pitch that made it into the Sailor Moon toyline in America because they had the tooling made up.

The whole idea of the Watchmen parody is how the TMNT cartoon was based off a comic that, while not super gory as more violent comics, has the turtles kill Shredder in issue one. The SATAM Watchmen was what if someone took a mature reader's comic like Watchmen and made it for kids.
