My kitchen equipment as far as pots and pans go is two lare stock pots, one Dutch oven, two sauce pans, two fry/sauté pans (one large and one small), and a griddle pan.

Why throw the gas stove out? Gas stoves are superior to electric. That is going to be a requirement of the next place I move to. Has to have a gas oven and stove.
