Steroids are actually weird in that the expensive stuff is weaker (but less harmful for your body) while dirt cheap gear is the stuff that is extremely anabolic (and rapes your organs).

Examples:

>trenbolone is one of the most harmful but also one of the most anabolic steroids, less than $40 per vial
Also peptides like HGH are super expensive but they're pretty harmless unless you abuse them... in which case they cause your head/hands/feet/internal organs to grow
