Dragon is OP as FUCK though and you have 0% chance of beating them.
Its fucking bullshit the amount of storms they have and the nonstop pressure and burn damage.
You CANNOT stall them, you wipe the board and they just summon a new monster with storm and slap your shit in every fucking turn.
