I had never really thought about flowers as an early game beauty source. I set down a few plant pots for roses. Should be nice.
I'm playing on blood & dust but their mood is manageable. 2 hours of recreation time before & after sleep, + the shared rec+dining+barracks slightly impressive buff help a lot. Having everything in the same place is pretty OP.
