Oh that's part of kitten life! It's part of growing up for them to tip the water dish and spill it, and part of the experience of being a kitty parent.
Wait until you come out some morning and they've spilled all the water out and are sleeping in the bowl. This happens more regularly than you might believe.

Are you giving them formula, or are they onto entirely solid food now? I mean, either way, kitty turds are never not unpleasant. And yeah, kittens typically take to the litter box quite easily. They love to poop!

Absolutely not. I've been getting more & more into traditional Japanese fans, and I've added them to my outfit/style when I go out. The problem is finding ones that are genuine Japanese, as most online are made in China. Also, finding real tessen, with iron ribs and not zinc alloy, is also difficult even when made in Japan, but my searching is paying off.
