Why are my gears suddenly hard to change when they used to be very easy?
I had the technical inspection latetly where they kind of abused the car to measure the pollution from the exhaust but I don't think they put it into gear there.
But I had a broken exhaust anyway and I had to have it repired.
After that the gears don't want to engage. Sometimes I have to force the gear in and I even heard some creaky noise once when I was forcing the 4th in.
It gets better as the engine warms up.
Ideas?
