Its the Sunk Cost falacy for me. I found the show around the time of Episode 2 and actually really liked it. Hell, I even liked most of Season 2. I felt a thing for this gay little owl. For a time. Finally watching through Hazbin Hotel and I gotta say I liked it, though just like Helluva Boss, something keeps me from watching the final two episodes.

I remember when I first found Helluva Boss, I was very fond of Stolas. It was years ago, I want to say the Verosika episode was due to drop in a few days and everyone was abuzz about Stolas, who he was, how he would play his role in the series, people speculating from the pilot. I saw him as a regal creature, ancient and desiring knowledge.
Ah, better days, I say.
