I had the dubious honor to witness a sub-saharan hospital (three actually) and let me tell you in all honesty it's a negligible difference between an ork doc and a black doc. they had no medical understanding, everything was run down , and there where more chickens on the premises than I had ever seen outside a chicken farm...
