The tricky bit is that in a setting where gods verifiably and provably exist, worship of them is no longer a matter of religious faith but instead just following orders from a higher being. If the people are keenly and distinctly aware of the fact that their deity is wholly benevolent and explicitly acts in favor of its flock, there's no reason whatsoever for conflict to exist, because randoms in the world would simply rush to the higher power who is making the world a better place, and iconoclasts, anti-theists, and the like would be seen as retards to be immediately rejected or isolated because the deity is verifiably making things better. At that point the conflict is either nonexistent, because having a genuinely all-around Good God(dess) in charge means that problems are resolved by man or god in a Noblebright setting and thus the only issues are extremely temporary at their most explosive.

Alternatively, you could make it so there are worshippers of BAD GOD while Good God has worshippers for different reasons, but at that point there's still a clear delineation between the two and it's even more questionable to worship anything other than Good God and maybe at the worst be slightly concerned or have questions about why Good God does this, rather than just overtake the world as a higher being/sociopathic monster to begin with, and then we have to turn Good God into "God of X", wherein any failure to adhere to its tenets justifies some measure of rebellion or revolution against it by those who do not agree. Even in Shin Megami Tensei, the setting where gods are almost constantly shown to be monstrous assholes, YHVH's biggest problem with humanity is literally only that with hteir free will, they inevitably both turn on His creations and destroy the world in a bid for freedom AND pray to Him to bring all of the world salvation as "Freedom" is overrated.
