I think the fastest players just ignore gaols a lot of the time, they only provide so much power in a limited time and if I am not mistaken the gaol is a single multiplier yes? It could stand to be nerfed to like 4% but the time investment has a palpable tradeoff, I think it is probably almost worthless at 3% unless they are all independent multipliers
