The reason poison is superfluous is that the enemies you'll want to use that katana on will eat 4 procs extremely quickly.

If you're on a normal run, the fight is just an endurance test and the CONSTANT poison makes it impossible to safely get work done on scorpo. 2 people on scorp is plenty especially if it's Wylder/Raider/Ironeye/Exec/whatever hitting him with fire and status effects and the 3rd person hitting moth can run back to get hits on red moth when it exits or revives

So you supplemented the games lack of quest features.
The game has almost no map features, so you supplimented your own.
The game has no way of reviewing dialogue, so you supplemented your own.

During my playthrough, Boc's dialogue never even advanced far enough to where using that item would be required. He first has to question his appearance, and mention Rennala's ability to become reborn, and then you can tell him he's beautiful. If you never get that dialogue, then telling him he's beautiful won't trigger anything. I repeatedly talk to NPCs all the time. So I don't know why I never got that dialogue, but I simply didn't.

You can say you didn't get lucky, but Millicent literally doesn't tell you where she's going. It doesn't matter how many times you review the dialogue. She only tells you that she's going on a journey, and then she happens to arrive at the "erdtree gazing hill" grace. There's no clue she will be there.

There are other instances that could play out like that. Like if you complete Nokstella first, then advance Ranni's quest second, you might find the doll, but not think to sit at the grace, since you already cleared the area. You can completely respec your character’s stats 18 times per new game cycle of Elden Ring, trust me you do not need to stress about stats too much and if you suddenly feel like trying a totally different build even if you don’t think it’ll be good then go ahead and try it, you can always switch back if you don’t like it. Had an Everdark Pest match last night where a shitter Ironeye wouldn't stop spam pinging. (Seriously why is it always Ironeye though?)

Long story short, other player is a Raiderchad and he and I both get Mohg spears and the Ironeye had nothing but his starter bow at the Nightlord. We both spam pinged ths fuck out of the Ironeye at the door and wiggled our spears at him. He just begrudgingly pinged back a few times and shot at the floor like a child pouting.

He 3 barred shortly into the fight and the Raider and I just left him there and finished the boss. The Ironeye just curled up into a ball after the fight was over while we Nihiled into the fade to black. It was all very satisfying.

first, her body was made by "carving". you don't carve porcelain, you mold it or cast it.
second, her click clacking footsteps are more consistent to a wooden material. porcelain would be more shrill, sounding akin like glass.
third, she has damage on her arm that is much more consistent with damaged wood. when poreclain is damaged, it's very distinct, as it forms something of a spiderwebbing pattern. the damage on revenant's arm is a very deep and straight fissure/rift, almost akin to the material splitting apart. if porcelain had damage to that extent, it would be shattered into pieces.
