Where are all these killers supposedly running franklins every game to stop the supposed medkit meta? All I'm getting is the same grim/dms/pain res/deadlock/nowhere to hid/pop/lethal builds over and over.

Going by nightlight franklins is the 46th most popular killer perk. If it's so necessary and medkits are sooooooo strong shouldn't franklins be higher? At least in the top 15? Especially post-Vecna where it has a really good synergy perk? Killer mains wouldn't be lying about things again would they?
