You're just getting the worst of both experiences. You're gonna be getting a lot of sun glare and probably lots of bugbites sitting in one spot. You will need headphones cause the wind will make it hard to hear. You have to hold an entire game system which gets uncomfortable quickly instead of just holding a controller. It's simply better to do these things separately. There are way better activities to do outdoors like I like running, biking, playing ball, swimming, fishing, etc. Idk why anyone would want to play games while outdoors.
