The best, arguably the only, way to read Homestuck today is using the Unofficial collection, which can be got from here:

Just download the psuedo-browser and the asset pack* and you're all set.

* I found you have to download the pack from multiple sources and then unzip them all together into one directory in order to get all the files. Not sure what's up with that...

This is the reading plan:
Week 1: ACT 1 and 2
Week 2: ACT 3 and Intermission
Week 3: ACT 4
Week 4: ACT 5.1
Week 5: ACT 5.2 and Cascade (a long one)
Week 6: ACT 6.1 and 6.2
Week 7: ACT 6.3 and 6.4
Week 8: ACT 6.5
Week 9: ACT 6.6.1 to ACT 6.6.3
Week 10: ACT 6.6.4 to the END

THIS WILL START NEXT WEEK (SATURDAY THE 12) TO GIVE PEOPLE A CHANCE TO JOIN AND GET READY. We will then get together on Saturday 19th to discuss the first part.
