I grew up in Cuernavaca, which is the main road into the neighborhood (you can also take River Hills) —Rogan is located in the way back of the community, along the river... but it's not more than 25 minutes to downtown (just isolated). In attached picture Joe's is just left of frame.
There were zero mansions growing up there in the 80's/90's (now it's bespeckled).
