The guy's grass is barely longer than his neighbours, which is also uncut. What clearly happened here is some HOA or whatever is using the cops to bully this dude by applying rules differently on him to on anyone else because they don't like him. Probably they don't like him because he owns guns and he's a bit of a weirdo - just like every other person here. They didn't even need to serve it in person, they can literally just put it in a letterbox and let the dude settle down a bit, come back later if he denies receipt, instead of sending an MRAP to try to force the dude to accept some faggot trespassing all over his property so that he can put a piece of paper in his hand.
In ANY OTHER SCENARIO if a person sent another person to your house to find a bullshit reason to steal $200 or whatever the fine is and issue a breach that could later be used to kick you out of your own home when they trump up a few more breach notices, you would support gunning them down in cold blood, but the moment there's a badge in the picture you absolute faggots start simping and you think that telling them to fuck off and letting them know you're armed should be a death sentence.
