There is, in my very specific case. Calamity Trigger is unplayable on PC, because something in your PC boot up might trigger the game to be stuck to 30fps, and it is unplayable with the input lag. You have to re-boot your PC until you get the game to play at 60, and even then it might go to 30 after a few hours of gameplay.
