Using a fun 3D animation made by a fan is not a bad thing. He's always used out of place looking stock images and photos for comedic effect its part of his style you're just upset for some reason that a fan got to have their work added and its weird that you're bothered by it.

1) There's no evidence that this is the case
2) Even if he did get input there's nothing wrong with that as learning from others is part of improving as an artist. No one learns completely from themselves. We all learn from each other. Its part of being human.

Sometimes but sometimes the critique goes into ridiculous and unfair territory. Overblowing the bad stuff and underplaying the good stuff isn't helpful.
