Genetically and historically this doesn't completely track. Women don't spearhead society, they're more socially and intellectually conformist. They're also the more consistent gender in terms of genetics, with their health actually falling off a lot more compared to men the older they get, and their bodies maturing faster. The reason they "outlive" men is because they have a more reliable lifespan average due to their bodies being geared for maximum health to host offspring in their prime, or the middle of their life, among other things targeting men. All this makes not for long term impact which is still where men shine but more consistent impact on society, as they are kept safe genetically, socially, etc. Men are explosive though, that is correct. They're way more unstable genetically and socially, the best and worst of society are still men. Passive and aggresive are still appropriate labels. Just not short and long term.
