I've recently gotten to the point that I regularly take 2in diameter dildos with out any prep besides a lube shooter. I'm pretty sure I'm also reaching my sigmoid now too. I guess I have to keep going bigger now, but I really really love the actual shape of my current main dildo and I'm worried that if I have to size up I won't be able to find anything that matches it.
