I won't deny Olga being better for that comp, but let's be real, the difference between having and not having 50 stars on turn 1 isn't that big to justify downgrading Ciel by 2 tiers. And as you said, Ciel by herself is extremely busted. Even with NP1 you can run most 90++ quests with ease.
It honestly just feels like they're trying their best to shill Olga, considering all this talk about NP5 and full Class Score.
