every ticket i ever opened about the enterprise software i used to work with was assigned to a jeet.
they worked very slowly and took ages to get back to me, and were sometimes really hard to understand even in writing.
every single one of them was just reading off the knowledge base, which i had access to and had already consulted, prior to raising my issue with support.
it was poorly documented and never had the solutions i needed.
they always came back with the most basic bitch things to check first, and it took days to get them to understand that i've already tried all of these things.
it turned out the jeets were the ones writing the knowledge base articles, based off of issues people arose with them.
every problem i ever encountered eventually had a knowledge base article, thanks to me who brought up the issue, but were usually poorly written and lacked the details necessary to explain the solution (which i often had to figure out myself)
it was fucking hell.
