I earnestly believe the guy is autistic - not the meme insult that 4chan uses, but the actual honest to god lower-functioning type of dude on the spectrum that would probably be obsessed with trains if his life went even slightly a different path, and part of the reason why is because he has absolutely zero sense of humor; his "jokes" don't have any setup or punchline, he just flails around screaming that he's a horny retard and expects people to fall over laughing, and like a textbook autist he keeps going on and on about his hyperfixation 24/7 with no stopping point short of involuntary exhaustive collapse before waking up and doing the exact same thing again
