Zoomers will never understand what it was like getting to go to blockbuster. We had one right around the corner from where I lived, didn't even need to drive there, my friends and I rode our bikes to blockbuster to get N64 and PS1 games and whatever new VHS was out to watch on the weekend, some candy and popcorn too. We rented Aliens over and over again, that was one of my favorite movies to watch with my friends.

I still have gamecube games I bought from blockbuster too, they used to have a large bin they kept near the front of the store, by the time the 6th gen consoles were coming out they put most of the N64 games in there for discount prices, I picked up Mario Party 2, Mario Tennis, Mario Kart, Goldeneye and many more games through that bin.

The only thing that sucked is my gamecube games came in generic blockbuster cases since you didn't get the original ones when you bought the used ones from there. Pic related metroid prime. So many great movies and games I would have never otherwise played I played because of Blockbuster.
