I have no problems with their food. They are a hyper optimized fast food restaurant. It is what it is.
But menu prices have become ludicrous. Why pay a premium to eat food that was extruded as a dull pink paste in a factory? It's marginally better than frozen food but priced like a fresh cooked burger from a sports bar, and the latter doesn't put up passive aggressive signage like this to kick out undesirables.
It's truly a sign of the times. I'm surprised they're still in business.
