Yeah, that's a bit of special olymics though.
Granted, their engineering was, as far as I understood it, not bad actually. Their production was - like all other sectors too- always stunted by the politicians though.
with 93k you might get lucky, but I wouldn't be surprised if the number still in working condition is limited
