Mr. Terrific tracked Superman with nanobots in his bloodstream ("I do this to everyone"), and Luthor used The Engineer (Woman who is comprised of nanites) to try and suffocate Clark by filling his lungs with said nanites. Don't really care too much about the review, but he's conflating two different characters for a weird 'le covid' thing.
