Welcome to the hobby. If you want to paint an elite SoB, I'd point you toward a Paragon Warsuit. Elite is mostly synonymous with being a highly costed unit.

In my case, I'd point to Abberants. Genestealers are an army where units are comfortably below 100/pts per unit, and those 5 are 135 points - top unit in that entire range for point cost.
