Are you an absolute beginner and dont really want to go to the gym ? (if not and you're fine with going to a gym u could just do the exercises i listed before + hip thrusts)
If yes you can train at home with bodyweight squats (squat without nothing) but you'll need a lot of volume if you want growth. Like 40-50 squats, 20 squats per set, rest then 20, then 10 with a pause at the bottom, do it maybe day in day out or every 24 hours if you're not sore. Go easy on yourself on your first few times drink water and remember to stretch before and after.
Then after a week or two add lunges alongside the squats but split them into 10-10-10.. reps and add 5 each time. Then u can start doing them weighted with any 10lbs object u have at home
This is just a blueprint cuz when you're a beginner almost ANY program will work, if you find it too monotone you can look up any exercise regiment on youtube and you'd be fine but you'll need to add weights later.
Btw sprinting helps a lot with growing ur butt, just do 50m back and forth at full speed, rest then try again 4-5 times. If you cant then walking/hiking on steep terrain helps too with ur glutes.
My only advice would be to not overeat or ull just turn into a blob, slowly add calories into ur daily intake and make sure it's quality food
