would allow you to drop into a server and immediately know whether the big endgame hotspot already got cleared or if you still have soldiers to worry about because the AEBS works, AEBS also got dropped into the game way back when fort knox was actually being worked on (it's internally finished and was held for NPCs/LUA electronic puzzles, but was likely made around the same time as rosewood and march ridge due to proximity)
call it schizo theorycrafting, but I think the whole frequency will have big interplay with the fort and NPCs, especially now that it clocks actual hordes. it'll probably warn you which streets are due for death squads or a helicopter or whatnot in the future
