I don't really understand what you guys don't get. There's no soft pity on global.
This isn't a rare occurence either, I've never hit hard pity ever on the TW server, I think the closest I got was 78 on the gold standard banner.

Hitting hard pity back to back, or even consistently over and over is impossible on the TW server.
