Every time you see people mention how they love Arkveld they explicitly mean the WHITE WRAITH Guardian Arkveld you chase through the game. The more they hunted him in "endgame" the less of an impact THE WHITE WRAITH and his insane theme have, because they now associate Arkveld with this regular ass monster.
Take Velkhana for example, the more you encounter him, the more its motif keep building until you get to the actual battle theme: regular and AT.
It doesn't revert to something uninteresting like Arkveld does.
