You are the retard, you are not drawing the correct conclusion from the video you posted.

The 9070 just needs a compatible 9070 XT vBIOS to get most of that hardware-modded performance.
The remaining 7~8% average FPS difference could be attributed to better-tuned CPU & memory, noted by Buildzoid himself.
It's almost a guarantee Buildzoid's test bench is better tuned than Dave's.
