They rank up with older cold one cav in front and the, behind in 2x ranks.
If you planned your basing,and tilted the tails alternatingly at like a 30 angle I think they’d rank up in 2 lines.

Most importantly, cold one cav miss out on a metric fuck of attacks in 2 ranks, as the back rank will only get a single support attack from the rider, so I would go as far as incredibly strongly recommending not turning your 4 attacks per dude into one in any circumstance.
Thus even with cav spears I don’t see why you’d ever run them in 2 ranks.
