That is one of the reasons I think that Trump's position on birthright citizenship is complete bullshit. Donald Trump is doing something no other president could get away with:
Trump is creating an EU style North American Union. But he's doing it by saying he's "buying" Greenland, he's "annexing" Canada (Golden Dome), he's sending US troops to Mexico, he is turning El Salvador into his gulag (and the Pentagon's Bitcoin farm), and he is seizing control of the Panama Canal.

Ending birthright citizenship would thwart the goals of regionalism and technocracy
