I used to be a shitty, very poor person and years ago my wife had a friend who would occasionally ask me to watch her dog while she was at class and she had a huge thing of change and I would steal $3-4 of quarters from it and then buy a bunch of chicken nuggets from BK when they had 10/$1. My whole point though was that I'd pay with quarters and dimes at the BK drivethrough and they never batted an eye. But I lived in a not great area so it was probably a common thing.
