While nothing beats a fresh loaf of bread hot out of the oven, for low carb, I make mug bread.
Melt one tablespoon of butter in a mug like container. Mix in one egg. Add three tablespoons of almond flour and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix (fork mixed is fine). Microwave for 90 seconds.
Tada! Bread.
Like most low carb things, it's a compromise. Don't expect it to be amazing. Adding things like in pic related upgrades it.
