i rooned
this one felt bad, guess that's what I get for taking a week off (fucking work), thought I might throw up the sweet&sour chicken I had for lunch
my groin hurt a little as well but not too bad, hopefully it will be injured enough to show up on the ultrasound next week
i saw two buns, some baby ducks, one heron in the river, and three herons fly by. One of the flying herons took a big shit, luckily it didn't land on me. It reminded me of playing market garden in BF1942 and watching the bomber fly by (except the heron didn't crash into anything)
anyway... so begins the soomer of rooning #3, where I will roon until i take it to far and hurt myself in the fall, again
