as one anon said its probably like Tokyo with alot of sub-divided regions however i just realized we never see a Coruscant Police Force. So i wonder if the regions each have their own police forces/Militias, obviously im sure during the Empire there would be Legions on Legions of Stormtroopers and Imperial Soldiers stationed here.
