Eve and Raven are 100% aligned in their goals at the end of the game in 2 of the 3 endings. And without Adam around they don't have a sufficient motivation to hate each other other than holding a grudge.

It actually sets up a good redemption arc Raven and dual protagonist story, which would also give us more weapons/playstyles that people have requested.
