so there's a guaranteed labor force to build roads, clean sewers, serve goyslop at driverthrus. pay thousands into the pharmaindustrial complex, never be /fit/ enough to band together and actually revolt. the government has absolutely no interest in making the average american healthy. it's actually in their interest to do so
