Considering his feats? No. Wally has unironically beat outrun the concept of death, beat instantaneous teleportation in race, run faster than the speed force itself, evacuated an entire city of people literal seconds before a nuke went off etc.
The real issue is that most writers don't seem to fathom just HOW fast they've made Wally. Very few writers seem to realize that being faster than light means being fast enough to circle the entire planet 7 times in a second. And for Wally, lightspeed is unironically slow...
