Despite being Impromptu's sustain you can basically slot her anywhere because she can just sit there not using AP and give you MEGAFAT shields that stack with itself every single turn plus a free cleanse that doesn't need her to hit the enemy with a skill like F22 does.
I bring this up because there are niche cases where F22 can't cleanse but Kiperina can.
