Those are just its gills from when it was a feebas. I thought milotic was a singing siren pokemon to parallel Gyarados's violent leviathan like those holes were flute holes music would come from them but no milotic learns one sound based move naturally and it's not sing it's fucking disarming voice

You know in the anime where ash tries to use his Pokedex on a pokemon and the thing goes "no information available" I wish they did that in the games like the paradox mons are the only pokemon without proper dex entries. I wish they did that with Arceus like nobody knows it exists even the closest thing to a church in pokemon isn't dedicated to Arceus they don't know what that is, Rowan has never seen Arceus so why is there a Pokedex entry about it nobody besides the protagonist has met this thing.
