yeah they took a massive dump on the rune pages over the course of 1.5 years, particularly inspiration (though domination fags cry harder), said they'd adjust as needed... and hardly touched it.
Sorcery had a busted-ass rune added this year and it was clear that it was going to be nerfed. Even the nerf took a bit, thoughever (a month or so)?
